• VAPA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of other participants, instructors, volunteers, venue operators, or spectators.
To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law, you agree to release and hold harmless VAPA, its board members, officers, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising out of or related to participation in Events, except where prohibited by law.
Some Events may require additional waivers, releases, or rules as a condition of participation.
